Simon is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors,
having qualified in 1982. He became an Associate Partner of Knight Frank
in 1986 where he was in practice for seven years. His extensive knowledge and experience in the property industry
covers the valuation, survey and sale of residential and commercial
property, and he has managed an international property portfolio. His
