Simon Edge-Partington qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1982 and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1995. He commenced practice in the City of London in 1980 and joined the City office of Knight Frank in 1984. He became an Associate Partner in 1986. In 1991 he became the Property Manager of The Chequepoint Group of Companies where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of 140 properties in eleven countries and for business development. He left The Chequepoint Group in 1996 to set up E P C S. Simon studied the oboe at Trinity College of Music and is now also a keen choral singer. |
